My cancellation request to mochahost that they refused to refund me! Every day I experience new problems with their hosting service. The situation is such that I am losing customers. It seems that every week a new problem will be encountered and unfortunately their support team is unable to resolve these issues in a satisfactory amount of time. I spend hours trying to work with them and to encourage them to find solutions to no avail. Thus I am wasting my time and losing customers as a result of this and I therefore cannot afford to continue with their hosting service.
