CNET support team claim I violate their policy?! while in last post I showed you how it was!

I just publish here the CNET answer to my inquiries about for what reason they deleted my post!

in my last post I showed you that I just wanted to post once and when I see it was deleted I retried and repeated my post. So what is clear is CNET have deal with MochaHost Fraud Company otherwise why they should claim that just my post about this particular company seems to violate their TOS 🙂 it is funny that how people want to find an excuse 🙂

Hi there,Thanks for your inquiry regarding the issue you are experiencing. The reason that you are unable to post in the CNET forums, is because your CNET account has been suspended for violating the CNET forum policies. See policies here:
http://forums.cnet.com/forums-usage-policies/Your posts have been flagged by our moderators and we have concluded that your posts to be SPAM/advertisement. In addition, you not only posted one or two times, but multiple posts of the same or near identical message throughout the forums which is considered forum flooding which also violates our policies. This behavior is disruptive and we do not tolerate such actions. We also noticed another CNET account had been created and repeatedly doing the exact same as your account and discovered that it was associated with your account. So in addition to your account being suspended that account had also been suspended indefinitely. This is considered shilling and we do not stand for this type of behavior in our community, it is dishonest and is unfair to our members.

We hope this clarifies the reasons why your account(s) where suspended and will not be reinstated.

Sincerely,

Arturo

mreview did not contain any offensive information this was what I posted
I recommend you never buy any host or domain from this place, because the access to their database always have problem and not available in most cases,
your website would load heavily, and finally when you ask for refund, they refuse to refund you, they owe me about 130 USD. read my more stories here http://www.facebook.com/MochahostNever

Guess How many domains MochaHost registered to do self voting!

Today I would like to show you How many domains MochaHost registered to do self-voting. They also used some public websites such as facebook or twitter that the moderators of those pages are they themselves and they would easily remove the real customer reviews that appears negative 🙂

Just in first 5 pages of google search engine you would see really interesting statistics. over 25  self voting domains just in first 5 pages of google!

Poor customers!

They do not have any chance to look for other place to know about the reality of their service, I just wonder how the US government let these types of fraud companies to continue their business! that’s an interesting question!

Image

It seems in the US you can easily start such a business and cheat your customers and even though some customers complain against YOU, You need just refund those customers and YOU could still continue this kind of fraud business without any legal limitations! really interesting!

Does CNET have Deal with Mochahost Fraud Company?

Mochahost vs. CNET

Yes my posting everywhere continues  you can see how many posts I did and they deleted that on CNET but still I will continue 🙂

Image

Another mochahost review deletion :)

They continue deleting my post or other negative reviews about them and I will continue post on more blogs and places 🙂 they will enjoy read about themselves :))

The discussion with one of mochahost lover (perhaps one of their staffs)

These are my discussion with one of mochahost lover(or perhaps one of their staffs) and his aggressive talking 🙂 , he deleted his posts immediately on facebook but I had a print of our talk 🙂 (just the problem is a part of talk is not clear as it was collapsed and I did not aware when I took a snapshot) , I just removed his name to be anonymous but you can see how they think. 🙂

Some people asked me about this talk and said he is not from mochahost or he is not their reseller, if we assume it is true now the question is “WHY he defend such a company?”  “Why he did not approve my post in his blog and deleted my post on his facebook page?

This is what I think and why I called him Mr. mochahost:

If somebody does not have any deal with a company never tries to defend them or better to say he would be in a neutral position. Also as he claimed that others like mochahost found their way to his website, why he never approved my post as I found my way to his website too!? and just I wanted to share my idea about this company as I am sharing it on my facebook page and many other pages on internet.
If you read all the comments in his website, he wanted to show that however “mochahost” has problem but still it is not as bad as others tell. this is the main message of his website and better to say a kind of reducing the affect of negative comments about mochahost. I do not know how much you know about business and marketing, but this is a dirty trick in business that you pretend you are against a business but you talk in a way to just decrease all negative atmosphere against the business you are supporting . This is actually what he is doing. and this is why he does not like any more negative comments and started such a aggressive reaction. what I am doing here is just sharing my experience, I do not support any other webhost as you do not see any advertisement in any of my post. I just want my money back and between I will aware others not to be cheated by this company. again this is your choice, you want to give a try and spend your money and time? then do it! you are free to choose. I would just aware you,  you want to listen and just avoid or just have the same experience yourself and waste your time and money!
Read also my other post about a group of customers who started their legal class action against mochahost and won that deal.

Mochahost Delete their negative reviews

When you publish the reality about their service, “mochahost” (read more here https://www.facebook.com/MochahostNever ) hide the comments posted to facebook in their page 🙂 instead of resolving these issues.
