I was recently scammed out of my business domain name of 5 years. They allowed it to be auctioned off after failing to renew it, even though I paid them for those services. I have yet to hear back from them, even though I surprisingly have correspondences from them admitting fault and that they would do whatever they could to recover the domain. Well to recover it at this point will cost them $1500, which is what I paid to purchase back my domain. They even continued to charge my card for services they could no longer perform on the domain they sold. I have yet to recover that either. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the district attorney in Santa Clara county.
I home this fight is still going on, because you will have a very enraged member to help with this cause.
