File a complaint against mochahost in General Attorney

You need to send your complaint to different places in order to get your response. in 2011, a group of people had problem with mochahost and they did the same. finally they won this dispute, so if you do, you will win 🙂 just try!

If you look at Twitter and search for “mochahost” you would see I am not just a person who share the stories about them ,  lots of people who still use their service or want to cancel because of problems and they always refuse to refund because their main income is from fooling you and then assuming you never fill a legal complaint against them. enjoy reading more customer reviews :

Of course like other places that they bought lots of domains and just added their reviews , They added lots of free ids with different names , some of them are with the name of people too and they advertise their service and fool people by them 🙂

A few lists of mochahost self-rating blogs and websites

I searched over the internet and tried to add my review to every place that I could find over the internet but I noticed some interesting ratings over the internet for the last month, All know that last month mochahost had the most serious problem with all their servers but when you read the ratings on some of websites, you could see all says
“excellent” or “good”, how it come while their servers were down :), Yes, you guessed correctly they fool people by self-rating. This is a trick to attract more people.

I tried to add my review on those places, but it was never approved or they modified the link I sent by my comment that people cannot read or follow me to my blog 🙂
It is not very easy for customers to detect this, But they should try different places, read from different websites and if they see in different places there is a contradiction with the number of positive votes and negative votes, they should suspect to self-rating. For example, you went to one websites and almost 90% of ratings are postive and just afew is negative and in the other website in the same period all 90% is negative then the positive one can be the self-rating website moderated by that host.

Unfortunately my sad saga continues with Mochahost (read more here https://www.facebook.com/MochahostNever ) . During the past few weeks I have experienced several problems with the service provided by Mochahost. One day all of my hosting data became unavailable to me and since that time I have experienced serious issues with the use of their control panel. It has become impossible to make changes using the control panel and today my host data completely disappeared from one of my subdomains.
They have yet to resolve this problem. Their online support is never helpful and when you open a problem ticket they just ask you to be patient. How can I be patient when my website is not available and I have no control over my domains as their control panel software does not work??
